Kim has been in the property management since 2008. She handles the rent collections, pays vendors and processes the owner statements along with anything else they may need to be done in the office. Kim is also a Realtor. 

She is currently a member National Association of Residential Property Manager since 2009.

Native of South Central KY. Attended Western Kentucky Universtiy and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1999.

Married and blessed with two children. Previous experience in Management, Human Resources and Customer Service.

Kristen is a native of Nashville, TN. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from The University of Georgia in 2002. Upon completing her undergraduate degree, she attended Lipscomb University where she earned a Master’s Degree in Education. After obtaining her graduate degree, Kristen went to work in medical sales for Quest Diagnostics, a Fortune 500 company. She was very successful during her time there holding various positions over the years. Kristen lives with her husband, Kyle and sons, Kolton, Kam.

Jackie Trusty was born and raised in South Florida and attended Florida Atlantic University majoring in Finance and Economics. While attending to her schooling, she spent immeasurable time working in the hospitality industry mastering interpersonal skills required to provide top shelf service and adhere to the needs of her clientele at any given time and for any circumstance. 

Combining her experiences in both University and working in the hospitality industry, she developed a deep desire and passion for the real estate industry and the opportunities it would provide for her to utilize her skill set to the maximum.  Jackie understands the nuances of the local housing markets including employment drivers, school districts and complex traffic flows that directly effect a neighborhoods desirability.  In addition, she is proficient in social media applications and online marketing strategies enabling her to generate broad online exposure for home sellers while exposing her buyers to a multitude of listings at a moments notice.

She combines an energetic personality and passion for perfection along with a level of ethics and professionalism that will ensure her clients expectations have been surpassed and leaving them no doubt as to who they will work with again in the future.  Jackie is committed to providing exquisite performance when working diligently to help every client find the property of their dreams.
